A top Ed Tech Brand is seeking proactive and results-driven Retail B2B Sales Personnel to join their sales team. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in B2B sales, specifically in sectors such as insurance, banking, or education. This position involves identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
As a Retail B2B Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and increasing sales across target sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the insurance, banking, and education sectors.
- Generate new leads through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing connections.
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Customize solutions for each client based on their business needs and offer value-driven proposals.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling to existing clients.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
- Use CRM tools to manage client relationships, track leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to help the product team improve or develop offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the insurance, banking, and education sectors.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance, banking, or education sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM tools for managing leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
