Our platform offers innovative solutions in HR management, payroll, spend management, stocks and inventory, and sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Catalyst to join our team and drive our sales initiatives.
As a Sales Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our retail tech and Saa S solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your expertise will be key in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Role Responsibilities
1-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail tech and Saa S sectors.
2-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
3-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
4-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
6-Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
7-Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Innovation Lead.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail tech and Saa S sales.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
