1. Improving and assisting store employees' sales skills.
2. Product matching and image display of the end point store to assist endpoint sales management.
3. Teaching, management, and supervision of store displays.
4. Conduct regular end point store inspections to supervise sales behavior and store image display.
5. Responsible for product knowledge, store display, sales skills, and quarterly training.
6. Responsible for promoting the marketing activities of the company at all stages, adjusting the display of key stores and promoting the model.
7. Cooperate to prepare for the opening of the new store and the rectification of the store (such as opening or promotion planning, etc.), and assist in the store's opening.
8. Analyze store sales data and market information, propose reasonable improvements, and monitor and track implementation.
9. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification Required
1. More than three years of experience in high-end retail.
2. Strong communication skills, training ability and execution ability.
3. Proficient in operating various working software.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in mobile phones, digital 3C, or retail industries is preferred
