Eligibility: Current academic or non-academic staff members of top private secondary schools or universities in Nigeria or other African countries.
Job Summary: We're seeking a self-motivated International Students Recruitment Officer to promote our partner universities and English proficiency test preparation services to staff, parents, and students.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit students for partner universities overseas
- Market partner universities to staff and parents
- Promote English proficiency test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, GRE, DUOLINGO, PTE, etc.)
- Work independently on a commission-based structure
Compensation:
- Commission: ₦200,000 per successful student referral (admission offer and full tuition fee confirmed)
- Potential for permanent staffing (₦300,000 - ₦500,000 monthly salary) after 3-6 months of strong performance on commission-based job
Requirements:
- Current staff member of a top private secondary school or university in Nigeria/Africa
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
- Ability to work independently
