Job Position: Junior IT Officer
Job Location: Berger, Lagos

Description
- The IT officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. He/She will ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources. Also will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
- Provide guidance and support.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
- Reporting identified safety hazards to the food safety team.
- Mastery of computer tools.
- Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to IT, data privacy, and security.
- Good conflict management resolution skills
- Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's IT capabilities.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of IT systems and data in the event of disruptions or disasters.
- Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and training materials to support IT operations, troubleshooting, and user training.
- BSc. / HND Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong technical expertise in IT systems, networks, security, and infrastructure.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
