Marketing and Communications Associate Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Associate to join our real estate consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communications efforts, and enhancing our brand presence in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive our marketing and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and brand.
• Develop engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.
• Coordinate public relations activities, including drafting press releases, managing media relations, and organizing press events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the real estate, financial services or consulting industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management and advertising tools).
• Strong organizational and project management skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Power Point.
