As our Marketing & Growth Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our market growth and brand expansion. Working from our Lagos office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the other two, you’ll execute dynamic campaigns, develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and collaborate closely with teams to ensure our goals are aligned. Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute GTM strategies to successfully launch and grow new products, driving visibility and adoption.
- Digital Campaign Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email) to increase engagement and boost conversions.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape our positioning, messaging, and targeting.
- Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring every dollar spent drives maximum ROI.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use data insights to analyze and enhance campaign performance, refining our strategies for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Channel Innovation & Experimentation: Bring a creative, problem-solving approach to identify and test new channels and tactics for growth.
- Product Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials like landing pages, case studies, and sales tools to support product initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Friendly & Energetic: You’re approachable, enthusiastic, and ready to bring positive energy to every task.
- Experience: 5+ years in digital, product, and growth marketing, ideally in a tech, food, or consumer-focused environment.
- GTM & Adoption Expertise: Proven success in executing GTM strategies and driving product adoption.
- Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track, analyze, and optimize performance.
- Innovative Thinker: A creative problem-solver who enjoys trying new ideas and thrives in a collaborative environment.
