Job Description
- A marketing manager with the right qualities to spearhead the ideation process for developing compelling brand narratives, key messages, strategic communication plans, etc. that elevate our agribusiness to new heights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- possesses experience of tailoring marketing services that support farm operations/management, revenue objectives, financial management, and logistics.
- A track record of success, maturity, and adaptability in managing stakeholders.
- Promote an environment of trust and promote operational efficacy that meets goals.

- Ability to create winning initiatives for SELL (sales enablement) and manage LAYERS of leadership from the Holding Company to the subsidiary entities.
- Possesses the skills/experience to research and gain insight into the peculiar drivers of Agri-allied value/supply chain, stakeholders, trends in the broader environment, government policy, market demand, customer choice, impact assessment, deep understanding of the agri-business profit model, etc., to tailor marketing activities that are more relevant and effective Campaign Management.
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams (creative agencies, vendors).
- Develop content (written, and visual) for various marketing channels.
- Manage website and social media presence.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies in the Agribusiness landscape.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior data.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and manage brand identity and reputation.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (if applicable)
- Delegate tasks and manage team performance.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data.
- Report on marketing results and identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- BSc/ MSc degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing preferably in Agribusiness
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong organizing and planning abilities, as well as confidence in project management and budgeting.
- Adept with the Microsoft suite and project management software.
- Knowledgeable about the most recent developments and recommended procedures in internet marketing and measurements in Agribusiness.
