Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing budgets, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales leads, and conducting market research.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• National Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Real estate Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Insurance Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
