- We are recruiting to fill the position of an Office Assistant whose key responsibilites is to keep the office area organized and clean, and also other administrative duties.
- Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
- Attending to visitors and notifying the appropriate office of visitor’s presence
- Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office.
- Assist the Admin officer in other tasks as may be required.
- SSCE / OND with 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Oral and written communication skills
- The ability to Multitask and work without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Attention to details
- Good personal hygiene
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
- Candidates must stay close to Dolphin Estate Ikoyi
Pay: ₦40,000.00 - ₦50,000.00 per month
