RSIN was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province . we mainly conduct business in Nigeria and other western African countries. over the past 20 years of development, we have become a multinational corporation with diversified industrial clusters of iron and steel, chemical fibre, plastics, textile and lead-acid battery manufacturing based on the construction of circular economy industrial park.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operation Manager
Job Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Objectives of this role

Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed through HR department
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
