- The ideal candidate should be able to manage a global brand with confidence and certainty.
- Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive product growth and operational excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of operations.
- Proven experience in operations management within the fintech or related industry.
- Experience in the field is a must.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Monthly salary ranging from N150,000 to N200,000.
- 2% equity in a global fintech company.
