Operations Manager in a hair processing company

We are looking for an experienced manager to manage the daily operations of our hair processing company and e-commerce team .
The operations manager is responsible for driving sales team , ensure regulatory compliance and develop a great team.
He must have a strong background in Human Resources management
REQUIREMENTS
● 2+ years of proven success in an operations management role , preferable in a production company or e-commerce business.
● Strong skills in communication, leadership, customer experience, business development, operations management, budgeting, Microsoft Office Suite and IT savvy e.t.c
** Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
.● Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
