Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef with a passion for creativity and attention to detail, to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, artisan ice-cream and other desserts that align with our brand values of flavor innovation and health conscious indulgence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pastry and dessert preparation, a solid understanding of ice cream production, and the ability to create unique flavors while maintaining the highest quality standards and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Ice Cream Production: Prepare small batch, high - quality ice cream, ensuring consistency and flavour Innovation.
- Recipe Development: Create unique flavors and sundaes, Including diary-free, gluten free, and low sugar options.
- Quality Control: maintain high standard of hygiene and ensure all products meet quality expectations.
-Team Collaboration: work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and assist in training junior staff.
- Customer Engagement: Occasionally interact with children's flavors and product ideas.
Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years as a pastry chef or ice cream maker.
• Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about food safety.
• Education: Culinary arts or pastry certification is essential.
• Additional: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially on weekends when events are scheduled.
