PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
Ability to read and Interpret drawings
Marking outs for Mechanical / Plumbing systems
Install firefighting systems
Ability to troubleshoot and rectify errors in a plumbing system
Ability to identify different types of materials and accessories with purpose of application
Fix cold & hot lines professionally while keeping a standard distance between them
Fix supply and waste pipes and Sanitary Wares
Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids.
Install support for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
Proficient with manual & power tool handling
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.


Qualifications
Minimum SSCE Certificate.
Completion of apprenticeship.
Certificate of Completion.
Complete Trade Test.
Minimum of 5 years experience
