CHIEF MARKETER
As a chief marketer, the selected candidate will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Build and nurture lasting relationships with industry wholesalers / customers and partners to foster long-term loyalty and drive sales growth. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. • Oversee the management of the customer portfolio to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain a positive company image.• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that optimize sales performance.• Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's business plan.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in office software and tools for sales management and reporting.• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in marketing and sales• In-depth knowledge of the industry in Nigeria• Strong negotiation skills to foster partnerships and achieve sales targets.• Ability to make data-driven decisions and evaluate market dynamics effectively.
