Procept is recruiting to fill the position of a Project Coordinator, who is responsible for managing drive test teams and ensuring seamless field operations. This includes mobilizing teams, overseeing logistics, and coordinating the allocation of equipment and vehicles for drive tests. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful project execution.

Procept is recruiting to fill the position of a Project Coordinator, who is responsible for managing drive test teams and ensuring seamless field operations. This includes mobilizing teams, overseeing logistics, and coordinating the allocation of equipment and vehicles for drive tests. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful project execution.
Job Description
- Familiarity with DT activities and tasks and mobilize the drive test teams based on the scope.
- Responsible for the delivery of the status reports, invoices, plans, communications and meetings.
- Allocation of team members, test vehicles and ensuring proper packing of the tools and equipment.
- Management of all logistics for the field teams including accommodation arrangements, subsistence and travel, fuel, toll fees, overseeing any emergency situations encountered, etc.
- Support with all client escalations and oversee any prolonged troubleshooting with the measurement equipment
- Secure the required security clearance letters from the relevant authorities for performing the drive testing and indoor walk testing activities
- Arrange for access clearance to specific areas of interest for walk testing activities (eg, airports, shopping malls, etc.)
- Co-ordinate the procurement of all required sim cards and manage all the data recharging of sim cards, as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within Technology or Supply Chain projects.
- Proven ability to manage project logistics, scheduling, and reporting, with expertise in coordinating teams and resources.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams to drive initiatives.
- Proficiency in organizing project deliverables, managing client expectations, and ensuring smooth project execution.
