Job Title: Psychologist/Wellness Coach
Location: On-site at the client's office, 4 Ajose Adeogun, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria


Working Hours:

• 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 5 days a week (including public holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site psychological counseling and wellness coaching services to employees, focusing on mental health, stress management, and overall well-being.
• Develop and implement tailored wellness programs and workshops that address the specific needs of the employees, including mental resilience, work-life balance, and lifestyle changes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and group sessions with employees, tracking their progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR and management teams to identify key areas of concern and provide support through targeted interventions.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in accordance with local regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest practices in psychology and wellness, and incorporate them into employee programs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and employee progress, providing regular reports to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Certified Psychologist/Counselor in accordance with local Nigerian law.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in psychology, counseling, or wellness coaching, preferably in a corporate or workplace setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Experience in designing and implementing wellness programs within a corporate environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while integrating with the client's HR and management teams.
