Role Description
This is a full-time role for a QA/QC Engineer at Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited. The QA/QC Engineer will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our business process, with a focus o meeting organizational targets, measuring work quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Location: Abuja (Applicants should be resident in Lugbe, Airport Road or its Environs)
Responsibilities
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a QA/QC Engineer at Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited. The QA/QC Engineer will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our business process, with a focus o meeting organizational targets, measuring work quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze organizational numbers/targets, ensuring they are met each month
- Measure and report on the quality of our work across various projects and departments.
- Manage projects using established methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead research initiatives to support data-driven decision making.
- Act as the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) process owner, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
- Set and follow up on customer and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain quality control systems and standards.
- Create and present comprehensive reports using BI tools and Power Point.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Minimum of Second Class Upper).
- Proven experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database management.
- Expert Level Experience in Excel (This is mandatory)
- Advanced skills in Power Point for creating impactful presentations
- Solid mathematical background with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with statistical analysis software
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
