We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Oneland Africa Ltd. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Oneland Africa Ltd. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, tools, and systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
- Experience in the real estate field is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sniper CRM, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
