Ok Build Southwest Nigeria Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, agile, and versatile realtor to sell lands across 5 states in Southwest Nigeria (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, and Ondo). As a contract-based role, the successful candidate will receive NGN 50,000.00 as mobility allowance and earn 15% commission on successful sales. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel frequently to visit land sites and meet clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients and market lands to them. 2. Conduct site visits to understand land features and limitations. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. 4. Negotiate sales and facilitate smooth transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal) to ensure sales success. 6. Stay updated on market trends, prices, and regulations. 7. Travel extensively within the 5-state region (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo). 8. Meet and exceed sales targets. 9. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 11. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time). Contract Details: - Contract duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance). - Allowance: NGN 50,000.00
