Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, agile, and versatile realtor to sell lands across 5 states in Southwest Nigeria (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, and Ondo). As a contract-based role, the successful candidate will receive NGN 50,000.00 as mobility allowance and earn 15% commission on successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and market lands to them.
• Conduct site visits to understand land features and limitations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate sales and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Travel extensively within the 5-state region (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Contract duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance).
• Allowance: NGN 50,000.00
• Commission: 15% of successful sales.
