We are in search of a dynamic Insurance Retail Salesperson o join our team and contribute to the expansion of our business by actively pursuing and acquiring new clients. Your primary role will involve identifying client needs and preferences and effectively selling insurance products to meet those requirements. Our overarching objective is to foster strong client relationships, drive business growth, and bolster our company's reputation.

Location: Mushin , FESTAC,SURULERE,OSHODI, Lekki and Sabo Yaba Lagos only

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
Engage potential clients, establish rapport through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
Assess the needs of both individual and business clients and recommend suitable insurance protection plans.
Gather pertinent information from clients to tailor appropriate solutions based on their risk profiles.
Generate reports for stakeholders to track the success of your business initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and contractual terms.
Validate insurance claims to uphold trust and safeguard our reputation.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant knowledge in the field.
Adhere strictly to all company-established policy obligations.
Qualifications:

OND/HND/B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions and nurturing enduring relationships.
