Locations: Sabo Yaba and Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.

We're actively seeking a dynamic Insurance Salesperson to join our team, contributing to our business expansion by acquiring new clients. Your primary focus will be identifying client needs and effectively selling insurance products to meet them, fostering strong relationships and driving growth. The more you sell, the higher your commission, with additional bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute robust marketing strategies for new insurance contracts or adjustments to existing ones.
Engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, etc., to establish rapport.
Assess individual and business clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance protection plans.
Tailor solutions based on client risk profiles, gathering pertinent information.
Generate reports to track the success of business initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and contractual terms.
Validate insurance claims to uphold trust and safeguard our reputation.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant knowledge.
Strictly adhere to company-established policy obligations.
Qualifications:
NCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions and nurturing enduring relationships.
