Job Title: sales Associate
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description:
As a part-time Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will interact directly with customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations. Your enthusiasm for our products, excellent communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in navigating the store
· Provide personalized assistance to customers by understanding their needs and offering. product recommendation.
· Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
· Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, and arranging displays.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to manager
· Assist in the implementation of store promotions, sales events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and store security.
· Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
· Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
· Good knowledge of word package.
· Strong Knowledge of inventory
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
