Sales Executive -HMIS Solutions

o Identify, target, and engage prospective healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions through phone, email, video calls, and online presentations.
o Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and procurement officers.

o Understand the unique business needs of healthcare organizations and provide tailored solutions using our HMIS software.
· Business Development & Sales Growth:
o Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional HMIS features, services, and support packages.
o Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
o Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pricing for prospective clients.
· Product Knowledge & Solution Consultancy:
o Develop a deep understanding of our HMIS product suite and how it can address client pain points.
o Demonstrate product capabilities, conduct client training, and provide technical support in collaboration with the technical and support teams.
o Collect and analyze client feedback to guide product development and improvements.
· Contract & Account Management:
o Manage customer and agreement process including Mo U, SLAs and NDAs.
o Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
o Monitor account health and address issues, such as software integration challenges or service disruptions.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and implementation teams, to ensure seamless delivery of HMIS solutions.
o Liaise with marketing team to align client acquisition strategies and support product launches.
· Reporting & Analytics:
o Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on activities, leads, conversion rates, and revenue growth to management.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contract details, and opportunities in CRM systems.
o Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve future sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience 2-5 years as an Account Manager, Sales Executive or Business Development Executive preferably in healthcare IT, HMIS, or enterprise software solutions.
· Familiarity with healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.
· Strong understanding of HMIS or similar healthcare technology solutions.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience working with healthcare providers or IT solutions in a healthcare setting.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, or its equivalent.
· Understanding of healthcare workflows, EHRs (Electronic Health Records), and hospital operations.
Soft Skills:
· Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
· Communication and presentation skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude toward solving challenges.
· Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams.
