Sales Executive - Tiqbuy
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Location: Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos (Proximity is important)
Salary - N160,000 - N180,000
Job Description:We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Tiqbuy, Nigeria's fastest-growing wholesale e-commerce platform. As a Sales Executive, you will identify potential clients, generate leads, make sales presentations, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will help Tiqbuy grow its business by driving sales and creating strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Pay: ₦160,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month

As a Sales Executive, you will identify potential clients, generate leads, make sales presentations, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will help Tiqbuy grow its business by driving sales and creating strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage new clients to generate business opportunities for Tiqbuy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers and sellers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Present and promote Tiqbuy's e-commerce services, emphasising product range, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of Tiqbuy’s product categories and platform features to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up processes within Tiqbuy’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, product demand, and e-commerce innovations to effectively advise clients and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for client acquisition, business growth, and customer retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Tiqbuy’s services and expand the client base.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or wholesale distribution industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and effectively explain Tiqbuy’s services, platform features, and product offerings to clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and wholesale distribution is a plus.
Pay: ₦160,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
