To support our growing operations, We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate our brand across various platforms.
Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and sales. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, and others.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, customer success) to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Organize and run social media promotional activities to boost engagement.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage social media crises and handle any negative feedback or issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and curate high-quality, engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
