Job Title: Sales Hunter
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Work Mode: On-site, Full-time
Salary: 200,000 - 250,000

A top Fintech brand at the forefront of financial innovation, driving growth across Africa with cutting-edge fintech solutions are seeking a Sales Hunter in Abuja, Nigeria, to play a critical role in expanding their customer base. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong sales background in fintech or financial services, focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Actively seek and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in Abuja and surrounding areas.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
* Use various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients in the region.
* Engage prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Abuja’s business community.
* Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
* Share market insights and client feedback to support product development.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
* Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in sales within fintech or financial services, preferably in the Abuja market.
* Proven track record in client acquisition and consistently meeting sales targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to articulate complex fintech solutions.
* Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality.
* Resilient and persistent, with strategic problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel within Abuja and occasionally to other locations.
