Position Title: Sales Manager

Reporting to position(s): Territory Sales Manager
Summary of the Job:
The Sales Manager plans and executes sales targets and activities for the portfolio to increase the sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Responsibility of developing and maintaining a distribution network essentially comprised of agents,
generating associated revenues in lines with the company strategy and objectives,
contributing to better positioning the company with the agents and customers through proactive anticipation of market trends and needs and driving together with the technical and operation teams’
development of new solutions and services to the distribution partners and end customers.
Provide accurate forecasts, updates, and report to line manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
Manage the performance and improve the productivity of the agents.
Accompany Agents in their B-to-B outreach.
Drive and ensure the achievement of GWP targets.
Development of the Agency network and develop the commercial activity of Agents.
Monitors and observes the brand and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve,
hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the
market.
Manages key relationships on behalf of the business.
Accountable and responsible for recruitment of sales agents.
Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports to Territory Sales Manager Expert.
Other functions as assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₦140,000.00 - ₦240,000.00 per month
