Job Description
- As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hiring and managing your own sales team.
- Identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Providing unparalleled customer service.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit top sales talent.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with confidence and business acumen.
- Preferred residency in Ajah or nearby areas.
- Competitive salary package of N80,000 monthly.
- Generous sales commissions.
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives, including a car to recognize your achievements and drive.
