Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge solar products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the brand and devise brand strategies, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value propositions for both the short and long term.
- Develop, implement, and manage the brand's social media strategy to increase online presence, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
- Key tasks include content creation, managing social platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with social media trends.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and knowledge of various social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.) are essential.
- Expertise in analytics tools and social media advertising is required, making this role ideal for those passionate about digital marketing and brand storytelling.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable brand plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute communications and media actions across offline, online, and social channels.
- Identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the specific advantages of Afe-Boanerges products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, and overall market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of solar energy products is an added advantage.
