Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Ring Road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description

We are looking for a Secretary who will support the office in administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

Receive phone calls and handle them professionally
Writing letters , Filing, photocopying all office documentation
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Respond to enquiries on travel consultations

Requirements

HND/B.Sc in any relevant field of study
1- 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
Communication skills and multi-task
Knowledge in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Power point is an added advantage.
