We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Secretary
Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Proper Book-keeping and information management
- Must be computer literate
- Keep information confidential and secure by recommended storage and Backups
- Keep up with information system trends, policies, regulation and legislation
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming corresspondence (e-mail, letter, packages, etc)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Perform bank reconciliation activities on corresponding files and records
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, etc
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Ensure cleanliness of work space and office
- Other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
- 1-5 years of experience in the position above, preferably in the sanitary or related industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
