Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our platform's front-end and back-end architecture. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that are both functional and visually appealing. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring innovative features to life.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our platform's front-end and back-end architecture. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that are both functional and visually appealing. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring innovative features to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development:
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both the frontend (Java Script, Type Script, React, etc.) and backend (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Experience with database management; SQL, No SQL (Dynamo DB, Postgre SQL and Mongo DB
- Design and implement robust APIs and microservices to support frontend functionalities and integrate with third-party services.
- Deep understanding of middleware implementation on Next.js using server-side rendering (SSR).
- Architecture & System Design:
- Architect and implement complex, scalable, and secure systems that meet business requirements.
- Make key decisions on technology stack, cloud infrastructure, and data storage solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Work with Dev Ops to establish a CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployment and continuous integration.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing code reviews, technical advice, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement security best practices to ensure the protection of sensitive customer data.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Testing & Optimization:
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Continuously optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Proven experience with both frontend and backend technologies such as Java Script, Type Script, React, Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong experience in building APIs, microservices and serverless architectures.
- Understanding and knowledge of Event driven architectures
- Experience with database management; SQL, No SQL (Dynamo DB, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB and API development.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data protection standards.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of implementing Web RTC on Firebase.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and how to adopt them in applications
- Knowledge of implementing and integrating LLM with Vector Databases
- Soft Skills:
