Job Title: ECODEV State Committee Chairman

Reports to: National Chairman, ECODEV
About ECODEV:
ECODEV is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of State Committee Chairman.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee ECODEV’s state-level operations, providing strategic guidance and direction to drive community development projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the state committee, aligning with ECODEV’s national objectives.
Foster partnerships with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community groups.
Oversee project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Ensure timely reporting to the National Secretariat.
Mobilize resources and support for state-level initiatives.
Build and maintain a high-performing state committee team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in community development, project management, or related fields.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong networking and partnership-building abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Nigerian non-profit sector and community development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related disciplines.
Desirable Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree or certification in related fields.
Experience working with international organizations or NGOs.
