Position: Sales Clerk

Job Overview:
Tex Mega Solar Nigeria is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Clerk to manage installment and outright sales of inverters. This remote position requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for renewable energy(Solar).
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer payments for inverter sales, both on installment and outright basis.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer agreements.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, payment plans, and installation.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
ND/HND in relevant field
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of renewable energy products (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
