Job Position: UI / UX Designer

Job Overview

• We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create user-centric digital experiences.
• You will be responsible for designing both the user interface and experience of our applications, ensuring intuitive and engaging design for our users.
• In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life with visual appeal and functional simplicity.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate findings into design solutions that improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to visually illustrate concepts and design solutions.
• UI Design: Develop visually appealing and cohesive UI designs that are on-brand, aligning with current design trends and best practices.
• UX Design: Focus on the overall user journey, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on vision and requirements, iterating based on feedback.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct usability tests and refine designs based on user feedback to optimize user satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications and guidelines for developers to follow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development basics is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and previous work.

Required Skills:

• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Prototyping: Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
• User-Centric Thinking: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Wireframing: Ability to create wireframes that effectively communicate layout and functionality.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving UX problems and improving user flows.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and rationale clearly.
