My client is a pioneering technology company leading the charge in Norway, spearheading revolutionary advancements in the real estate and property data management sectors. With a mission centered on streamlining property transactions and bolstering data accessibility, we're dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient digital solutions. We're currently in search of an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and spearhead the transformation of our project management practices. The ideal candidate will exhibit a fervent passion for agile methodologies, coupled with a demonstrated ability to facilitate change, enhance team performance, and champion the adoption of agile practices within technology teams.
Must Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar agile coaching certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agile coaching or scrum master role within a technology environment.
Coach teams on agile values, principles, and practices, ensuring the adoption of agile methodologies across the organization
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Work closely with teams to identify and remove impediments, enhancing team efficiency and productivity
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of agile practices with business objectives
Provide training and mentorship to teams and individuals on agile roles, responsibilities, and best practices
Monitor and report on the progress of agile adoption and the impact on team performance and project delivery.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to innovate and experiment
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
Strong understanding of various agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change and improve team dynamics
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
