As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you'll play a key role in shaping our digital product portfolio and guiding architectural decisions. Working closely with tech leads and development teams, you’ll align our technology strategy with ambitious growth plans while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Must Haves:
Higher education in technology/digitalisation, or significant relevant experience that compensates for formal education
Proven leadership in system and operational architecture for digital services, preferably on AWS, with a track record of managing product development processes
Ability to oversee architecture and security across digital platforms, with hands-on experience in leading technology departments and ensuring continuous development and best practices
Strong understanding of how to align technological architecture with business goals, ensuring the efficient scaling of in-house and licensed technology across product platforms and business areas
Excellent ability to engage and motivate developers and leadership teams, translating complex business challenges into effective technical solutions
Experience in managing budget, personnel, and results for technology units, with a focus on optimizing system and operational architecture

Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with working in interdisciplinary, autonomous product teams using agile methodologies
