The Chief of Staff role at CHOOOSE functions as a direct extension of the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting operations across a growing, multi-geography organization and executing special projects.

What you'll do

• Act as a proxy for the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting or taking ownership of a diverse and ever-changing set of activities.
• Lead special projects end-to-end with meticulous planning and execution. This includes internal projects relating to operational process improvement, reviewing net new business opportunities, and vendor evaluation and management, among other areas.
• Support in defining, tracking, and communicating organizational KPIs.
• Enable a highly communicative and transparent culture by supporting internal wikis and facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing.

What you bring to the table

• High agency. Versatile and proactive with a CEO mindset, adept at quickly adapting to various roles.
• Demonstrated experience in high-impact, earlier-stage companies. (Exceptional operational experience in consulting and/or finance is preferred)
• You're willing to be flexible with your work hours to support your colleagues and accommodate our global customers.
• Open-minded and willing to evolve the role to meet the organization's needs.
• You're a steady and diligent pacesetter.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Frequent travel -sometimes at short notice- excites you; you're open to exploring new places
• You have superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus!)
• Ideally located in Oslo, Norway. Open to candidates elsewhere in CET timezone.
