We are currently modernizing our flagship product, a file and archive system, both in the backend and frontend. This involves significant innovation and redesign, and we need talented backend developers to join us on this journey. You will play a key role in breaking down old systems, rethinking architectures, and building new components and services. Must Haves:
A few years of experience working with complex systems, preferably involving system modernization.
Proficiency in .Net and experience with Azure cloud services.
Strong sense of ownership throughout the development process.
Willingness to challenge existing solutions and experiment with new approaches.
Familiarity with Dev Ops, automation, CI/CD, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Agile mindset and collaborative work style.


Nice to Haves:
Experience contributing to frontend development or working across the full stack.
Curiosity about exploring other technologies and languages beyond .Net.
Enthusiasm for architecture discussions and technical path selection for system modernization.
