Stokke
Associate Product Manager
Ålesund
November 18, 2024
With over eight decades of history, Stokke began on Norway’s west coast in 1932, deeply rooted in Scandinavian heritage that emphasizes quality and craftsmanship. Known worldwide for exceptional children's products, Stokke has spent more than forty years blending Scandinavian design with a commitment to family bonding. Our products are crafted not only for today’s families but also for future generations, building a legacy of comfort and quality. As we grow internationally, our offices span Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, the U.S., and Asia, driven by our brand promise: "Confident Kids for a Better World."
Pursue Excellence, The Team:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Stokke's product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of market-leading solutions. From insights and ideas to the successful launch of products, you’ll manage the journey with a focus on "product, price, and place," while collaborating with the Brand team on impactful promotional campaigns.
Working closely with the Product Management Director and Managers, you’ll contribute to the alignment of cross-functional teams, ensuring scalability and synergy across the portfolio. Your presence in the Ålesund office and your ability to foster creativity and collaboration will be integral to achieving ambitious goals.
Better Together, The Ideal Profile:
At Stokke, we thrive on collaboration and believe in the power of teamwork. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Regional, and Marketing teams to align strategies and drive execution. With a global mindset and a willingness to travel, you’ll bring diverse perspectives to the table, ensuring our products meet the needs of families worldwide. We’re seeking a driven, adaptable professional with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
Previous experience in product management, business development, or marketing—through employment or internships—is essential.
Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to inspire others will make you a standout addition to our team. Fluency in English and the flexibility to excel in a dynamic environment are key to success in this role.
Perhaps the biggest benefit of working at Stokke is the opportunity to work with a premium brand with products that are recognized around the world and have a common purpose: to encourage child development and to nurture family bonding.
You will also get to appreciate an international career with a host of learning opportunities in a growing brand that creates smart and sustainable premium products that stimulate children’s development.
Furthermore, you will work in a company where our core values, Keep Growing, Take Responsibility, Pursue Excellence and Better Together, define who we are and what we stand for. Offering unique Learning and Development opportunities from our Stokke Academy such as Global Training, Digital Education, Mentee\Mentorships and Leadership Development. At Stokke, we are truly better together, we take pride in our international and diverse global offices.
This role is based in Ålesund where we offer a beautiful contemporary office, daily lunch and fantastic social events such as summer parties, yoga classes and evening skiing.
