Pursue Excellence, The Team:
As Retail Concept Purchasing Manager, you will join our dedicated Purchasing team, working in close partnership with the Retail team. Your mission will be to source products, materials, and fixtures essential to our retail concepts efficiently and with a focus on optimal price and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role brings strong negotiation and analytical skills, supported by experience in procurement and supply chain. A proactive communicator with a service mindset, you excel in both teamwork and independent tasks. With a foundation in commercial education, you are adept at defining and implementing processes and are highly organized. Your collaborative spirit will help bridge departments, ensuring seamless coordination across our international teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will further strengthen Stokke’s ability to deliver quality experiences that resonate worldwide.

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for retail materials such as hardware, displays, fixtures, and prints
- Oversee sourcing and supply of retail concept materials while building and maintaining a global supplier network
- Communicate material availability and cost updates to Marketing and Sales
- Place orders and monitor deliveries for retail projects like brand stores and fairs
- Manage local warehouse operations to balance stock levels with inventory costs
- Maintain a global warehouse overview, coordinating communication on new items and managing scrap requests for discontinued products to optimize costs globally

- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain
