Our HR department is looking for a CIS Country Champion, is that you?

The overall purpose is to manage and operate certified training programs in line with the business strategy of DHL Express. The CIS Country Champion drives the culture of commitment to the training of our employees. You will support "Living CIS", and be a role model for all CIS, CIM and Respect & Results-focused behavior and leadership skills. The CIS Champion represents the spirit and culture of DHL Express which includes the four DHL attributes Speed, Right 1st time, Commitment, and Sure we can.

Some of the areas you will work on:
- Prepare plans for rolling out all CIS courses
- Coordinate and initiate courses and training programs according to needs and priorities
- Support management in planning and budgeting for local training activities
- Support administration and reporting in our training portal My Talent World
- Ensure at all times that the course catalog and course calendar are updated
- Be a link with the CIS organization regionally and globally
- Assist the HR department in general with support, input and active participation
Experience and background:
- Education in marketing, logistics or finance
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Good experience and proven ability to facilitate
- Experience and proven ability to organize and plan training
- Good experience with project management
- Experience with event management is an advantage
Important skills and characteristics:
- Build strong working relationships with professionals and stakeholders
- Ability to independently develop local plans to adapt, as well as implement regional and global priorities
- Communicate a clear sense of personal goals and values
- Establish clear, challenging and achievable goals for yourself and the team

- Good influencing and communication skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Good skills in both written and spoken English and Norwegian
- Results focused, contact-creating and independent
- High level of energy and ambition
- Must be able to work in a structured and purposeful manner
