Some of the areas you will work on:

• Prepare plans for rolling out all CIS courses
• Coordinate and initiate courses and training programs according to needs and priorities
• Support management in planning and budgeting for local training activities
• Support administration and reporting in our training portal My Talent World
• Ensure at all times that the course catalog and course calendar are updated
• Be a link with the CIS organization regionally and globally
• Assist the HR department in general with support, input and active participation

Experience and background:

• Education in marketing, logistics or finance
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Good experience and proven ability to facilitate
• Experience and proven ability to organize and plan training
• Good experience with project management
• Experience with event management is an advantage

• Ability to independently develop local plans to adapt, as well as implement regional and global priorities
