The role
As our next Corporate Project Manager, you will report to the VP of Corporate Development. You will manage important internal projects and processes in the company with high ambition and motivation. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Facilitate and support key internal processes and assist the Kahoot! leadership team with necessary preparations, research and planning, as well as coordination and practical implementation of projects
  • General support to CEO and leadership team
  • Be responsible for preparing and facilitating company-wide and business review meetings and follow-up activities
  • Support strategic management processes and projects with external partners
  • Participate in transaction processes including due diligence processes, documentation, and closing
  • Participate in coordinating the integration of acquired companies into the Kahoot! Group
  • Support internal and external communications activities, including producing presentations
The Corporate Project Manager duties include other duties reasonably associated with the position. The Employer may change the duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • A university degree (bachelor's level or equivalent)
  • Strong academic and professional track record
  • Some experience in areas such as consulting, project coordination/management, strategy, corporate finance, corporate development, ideally in a tech company or a related field
  • A structured, organized thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented with a high level of dedication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, able to handle both strategic tasks and daily operations in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams, collaborating across various levels of the organization
  • Solid business judgment, with a strategic mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
