If you are well-organized, proactive and know what it takes to bring commercial results to the next level, we have an exciting opening for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to optimise the commercial opportunities and deliveries for our key content offerings and the marketplace platform.
This position can be located in Oslo, Norway, or Copenhagen, Denmark. The role reports to the Director of customer content.

The role
The Product Marketing Manager will work in close co-operation with key teams throughout Kahoot! in order to optimize the commercial opportunities and deliveries for our key content offerings and the marketplace platform. They will drive initiatives with the relevant key stakeholders and segments and work very closely with the content team to align with both external and internal content.
The PMM will define and follow up key performance indicators for their team and report on relevant areas, including the key aspects of revenue, customer and partner uptake, marketing performance and campaign outcomes.
Main duties
The Product Marketing Manager will, be responsible for the following tasks:
- Plan, align and report on all Marketplace activities with and for our senior management.
- Lead recurring status meetings and report on results with relevant stakeholders.
- Define and implement campaigns together with the segment PMMs & managers to increase sales of our paid content offerings.
- Drive marketing and sales activities throughout the customer journey ensuring we have a customer centric and holistic approach.
- Drive strategic decisions and initiatives to increase performance of the Marketplace and Discover.
- Make strategic decisions together with relevant stakeholders around how and what content and which creators/partners are displayed on Discover.
- Work closely with the product development teams to develop the platform based on customer needs.
- Reporting on monthly revenue and initiatives.
- Driving the commercial roadmap and initiatives for our paid offerings.
- Drive initiatives to increase awareness of the Marketplace in the market together with segment PMMs, content & Community team.
- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to support increased sales of content.
- Provide efficient and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute with ideation on commercialization of partner content.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, branding or similar. Educational degree can be substituted with relevant work experience.
- 3-5 previous years experience in relevant positions.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English a must.
- Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialisation.
- A good understanding of and passion for technology and customer communication.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Structured, self-driven and not afraid to act on initiative.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience in leading a team and working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B Software / Saa S is a definite plus.
