This position is located in either Oslo, Norway or Copenhagen, Denmark. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) reports to the Chief Experience Officer.

The role
The PMM, Channel Partners will work closely with key teams throughout Kahoot! to optimize the commercial opportunities and deliveries to and through our channel partner offerings.
He/she will be responsible for driving demand and enabling sales through lead generation, specifically supporting our assisted sales teams and their channel partners globally. This role will involve managing and aligning marketing activities across various segments to support channel partners and fuel business growth. A key focus will be generating demand for new partners to expand our sales network. Additionally, the role will monitor key performance indicators, reporting on critical areas such as lead generation, marketing performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Main duties
The PMM will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Define and implement marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives for lead generation, building quality pipelines together with the Channel Partner managers.
- Define and implement marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives for driving demand and attracting new Channel Partners.
- Build clear offerings/packages to channel partners for their external activities.
- Work in collaboration with those responsible for customer reference production, and ensure sufficient output and use of these to attract new channel partners and supporting references for existing channel partners.
- Define and produce ready-to-use sales enablement material for our sell-through offerings.
- Cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams to ensure efforts are also supporting channel partners where/when relevant.
- Ensure high quality across all initiatives.
- Plan, align, and report on all Channel Partner activities with and for our senior management.
- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to support Sales.
- Analyze marketing performance and campaign outcomes, and identify trends.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Provide efficient and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure we have scalable tools, procedures and routines in place for Channel Partners around (including but not limited to) onboarding, provisioning, co-branding, and more.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, branding or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English a must.
- Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialisation.
- A good understanding of and passion for technology and customer communication is a must.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Structured, self-driven, and not afraid to act on initiative.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience in B2B Software / Saa S is a definite plus.
