• be a significant contributor in developing the corporate strategy, based on an industry outlook and Telenor’s performance and strengths.
• support other units in their strategy development and ensure the direction from the corporate strategy is reflected in plans.
• lead and execute analysis, collaborate with various parts of the organization to synthesize conclusions into recommendations, and be an advisor to top management.
• contribute to the development of our portfolio strategy and support specific M&A projects.
• continuously learn about the industry, understand trends and what their impact will be on our business.

• You have minimum a master’s degree.
• You have minimum three years of work experience with great results from one of the leading management consulting firms, investment banks, or private equity companies.
• You have experience of managing complex strategic projects with multiple senior stakeholders, preferably in an international setting.

• You have in-depth experience with Power Point and excel.
• English is our working language, so proficiency in written and oral English is a necessity.
• Experience from telecom is a benefit but not a requirement.

• Sound judgement, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to dig sufficiently deep to understand the core of a problem.
• Strong communication skills, both written and orally. We work with top management and need to be to-the-point and precise.
• Experience from and strong ability to work with and influence top executives.
• Strong collaboration skills, but also self-managed in driving progress.
