Skills and experience
    Master's degree in economics or engineering
    3-8 years of experience in management consulting
    Experience in working with strategic initiatives and operative models
    Experience, or high interest, in digital transformation through marketing and sales
    Prestigeless and committed to contributing to our central knowledge-sharing
    Great social skills, focused, motivated, curious, solution-oriented and willing to be a part of building our company

Our recruitment process and how to apply
Our standard recruitment process includes an intro/culture meet and greet, a competence interview, a case and/or in-depth competence interview, a final interview with the manager and a reference check. This is just to give you an idea of the process, it may differ depending on what role and team you have applied for. Of course, you will get more information about the different steps along the way.
